Baby Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is designed to teach Craniosacral Unwinding practitioners, as well as massage therapists and birth doulas, to release the fascia (connective tissue) of the infant or toddler’s body. Recognizing the monumental process of the soul coming into human form, BCST has been proven to help with nursing and sleep issues, colic, gas and reflux, teething, conditions of the nervous system, babies who favor turning their heads to one side and other structural conditions, birth issues and traumas. By assessing and deeply listening to what is being communicated, practitioners can assist a baby in acclimating and fully inhabiting their body. 

Infant and toddlers rest fully clothed on a massage table or in the caregiver’s lap. The touch is very gentle and the conversation with the caregiver is flowing and empowering. Most children find the sessions to be deeply relaxing and will often sleep more deeply and for longer stretches after a BCST session.
