Friday night is dedicated to learning to make a singing bowl sing and how to use it with a yoga, hypnotherapy or spiritual coaching session. Saturday and Sunday you will learn to play the Gong intuitively in one weekend ~ Discover your own ‘Song of the Gong.’ Master the gong from beginner to advanced techniques with basic foundational and knowledge on the history and use of the gong in your yoga practice, hypnotherapy, mediation or spiritual healing and coaching.
